微小RNA与血管内皮细胞的衰老关系研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 血管内皮细胞是动脉内膜的重要组成部分,增龄伴随的血管内皮细胞衰老和功能失常被认为在血管衰老中占有重要地位[1]。血管衰老是多种心血管病变的基础,如动脉粥样硬化斑块形成、心肌梗死、心力衰竭等。研究表明,在衰老的血管内皮细胞中,微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)的表达谱发生了明显改变,因此,可知miRNA通过一系列机制参与内皮细胞的衰老进程。
