The ability of data deconstruction and visual imaging of virtual reality technology in space determines that it has a promising future in the field of interior space design. This article analyzes the application of virtual reality technology in smart home interior space of the Internet of things, researches on application examples of virtual reality technology in indoor space performance. Through analysis and research on how to deconstruct and how to reconstruct the virtual reality interior space, it discusses the new ideas and methods brought by virtual reality technology to interior space design in the comparison and selection of design schemes, communication with users, and demonstration of construction technology, which makes interior space design more reasonable and efficient and conducive to the overall development of interior space design.
