Based on the critical inherit of the outlook on land wealth from physiocracy and the outlook on labor wealth from national economy,founded on human practice in the nineteenth century and future development trend, Marx came up with the outlook on capability wealth,which mainly analyzes wealth from aspects of development and potential of labor subjects'capability.Emphasizing that wealth should be viewed from people's capability,the outlook on capability wealth holds that people's capability is the source of wealth and it advocates improving the speed of creating wealth and realizing the goals that "all people play their roles,reap their benefits and live in harmony with each other"by developing everyone's capability.Marx's outlook on capability wealth is the unity of method and purpose,strong state and well-off people,fair and justice.Connected with periodic features of contemporary China's development and new historical position,Marx's outlook on capability wealth has significant enlightenment to contemporary China's development.
