民用直升机只有取得各个阶段的适航合格证才能进入市场运营,而适航审查的效率和水平又直接影响了民用直升机项目的进度和质量。为提升直升机企业的适航业务管控效率,主要研究了当前我国民用直升机企业的适航审查模式,提出了一种适用于我国民用直升机企业的适航业务模式,并以型号案例验证了该模式的可行性和高效性。
