摘要
针对直升机地面保障需求,根据实际操作要求,提出直升机桨叶加热组件检测仪设计方案。以加热组件结构为基础,提出检测仪工作原理;通过对检测仪主要功能的分析,搭建其硬件架构;基于Lab Windows/CVI软件开发平台进行检测仪模块化设计;通过设计实例,验证设计方法的有效性和可行性;最后得出结论:该设计方法是行之有效的,可以作为直升机其他保障检测设备设计工作的参考。
In order to meet the requirements of ground support of helicopter,a design scheme for heating assembly of helicopter rotor blade was proposed according to actual operation requirements.Based on the structure of heating assembly,the working principle of heating assembly was proposed.According to analyzing the main functions,the hardware architecture of the heating assembly was built. The modular design of heating assembly was carried on based on Lab Windows/CVI development platform. A design example was given to verify the availability and feasibility of design method.At last,the conclusions,this design method is available and can be used as a reference for the design of other detection device for helicopters,were given.
