带下病名源流考

Origin and Development Of The Disease Name Of Leukorrheal Diseases

"带下"为中医妇科病名,古代文献中"带下"的含义与今之"带下"亦有别。考其古病名的概念范畴,历代认识不一,其概念经过了由广义到狭义的演化过程,且在不同时期与崩中、漏下有一定交叉。"带下"概念从模糊、广义的范畴,逐步演变为具体、明确而相对固定。与此相应,"带"在存世文献中的名称也因时代不同而有所变化。本文力图通过对存世文献资料的梳理,厘清古代医家对这一疾病认识的脉络及概念的演化过程,同时梳理"带"之源流,以期对临床诊疗、研读古文献有所帮助。

"Dai xia"(i.e.morbid leucorrhea)is the name of one common gynecological disease in traditional Chinese medicine.However,the concept of this ancient disease name wasn't consistent at different times in,history Chinese.There was too much overlap with "Beng zhong"or "Lou xia".The concept of "Dai xia"had changed from ambiguous and generalized to definite and narrow.Correspondingly,the name of "Dai"changed during different times in remaining literature.The aim of this study is to clarify the development of the ancient physicians'comprehension on this disease and the evolution process of the concept by reviewing the literature.We seek to clarify the origins of "Dai xia".We expect this article will be helpful not only for clinical diagnosis and treatment but also for reading ancient literature.
