“阴火”论析

自李东垣提出"阴火"一说并在其著作中有多种描述,却无统一的定义,后世各代医家对其论述进行了广泛而深入的探讨,希望能得出一个统一的认识,其中具有代表意义的观点有"阴虚发热"说、"相火离位"说、"气虚发热"说及"‘阴火’非火"说。这些学说从"阴火"到底是否为火到"阴火"的各种成因及分类都有详尽探讨,但始终没有定论。学习各家认识后,笔者认为"阴火"当是火,且无论是从"阴虚""相火"还是"气虚"的角度来看,均是人体之气不归本位所化之火。

As the theory of "Yin Fire"raised by LI Dong-yuan,he has a variety of descriptions in his writings,and other doctors discussed widely and came up with many views about the theory for a common understanding,such as,"fire because of the deficiency of yin","fire on account of ministerial fire leaving the original position","fire due to the deficiency of vital energy"and"Yin fire not be fire".These theories state whether the "Yin Fire"is "Fire"and the cause and classify but not a common understanding.After learning,I hold that "Yin Fire"should be "Fire",and no matter the deficiency of yin,ministerial fire out of its position or deficiency of vital energy,the fire all is from the Qi of human body in disorder.
