特定配伍药物冲击松解术治疗椎动脉型颈椎病急性期的临床观察

Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery Type in Acute Stage With Special Combination Drugs Shocking Loosening

目的:研究特定配伍药物冲击松解术治疗椎动脉型颈椎病急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:将选取的74例椎动脉型颈椎病患者按随机数字表法分为2组分别进行特定配伍药物冲击松解术疗法(治疗组)和传统疗法(对照组)治疗。采用椎动脉型颈椎病功能评定量表(Vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis functional assessment scale,FS-CSA)评分和总有效率评价分析两种方法疗效。结果:治疗组评分低于对照组差异有统计学意义,总有效率分析结果显示治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:特定配伍药物冲击松解术疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病急性发作期疗效显著,明显优于传统疗法,是临床治疗椎动脉型颈椎病急性期的一种新疗法,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of specific combination of drug impact relaxation in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis acute attack stage.Methods:74 Patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into two groups,respectively,with specific combination of drug impact relaxation therapy (treatment group)and traditional therapy (control group)treatment.The efficacy of the two methods was analyzed by using the evaluation scale of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis (vertebral artery type 'cervical spondylosis functional assessment)and total efficiency.Results:The treatment group score was lower than the control group,the difference was significantly (P05);Total efficiency analysis showed that the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significantly (P05).Conclusion :The treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis with specific combination drug impatct relaxation therapy is significantly better than traditional therapy,and it is a new therapy for the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis in the acute stage, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
