摘要
基于产业链角度,将科技创新进程分为科技研发、科技成果、科技效用三个阶段,选取我国2006~2015年各省域统计数据,采用熵值法分析产业链三个阶段与对外贸易的耦合程度。研究结果表明,我国科技创新与对外贸易的密切程度和协调性整体不高,区域间的差距较大,科技研发阶段与对外贸易密切程度比其他两个阶段要低,但在协调性方面要比其他两个阶段要高。
Based on the perspective of industrial chain,the process of scientific and technological innova- tion is divided into three stages:scientific and technological research and development,achievements and efficiency.Selecting the 2006-2015 provincial statistical data in China,the paper analyzes the coupling degree between the three stages of industrial chain and foreign trade by entropy method.The results show that the close degree and coordination of science and technology innovation and foreign trade in China are not high,and there are significant difference between regions.The scientific research and development phase is more closely related to foreign trade than the other two stages. But in coordination,it is higher than the other two stages.According to the conclusion of the research,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the accord development about this two industries.
