乳酸杆菌活菌制剂联合克霉唑治疗妊娠期阴道念珠菌病的Meta分析

Live lactobacillus preparation combined with Clotrimazole for treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy:a Meta-analysis

目的综合评价乳酸杆菌活菌制剂联合克霉唑治疗妊娠期外阴阴道念珠菌病的临床效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、SCI、VIP、CNKI、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库等,根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料,采用Cochrane协作网的RCT偏倚风险评价工具评价纳入文献的偏倚风险后,应用RevMan软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10篇文献,1 418例研究对象,Meta分析结果显示:乳酸杆菌活菌制剂联合克霉唑治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道念珠菌病的疗效与克霉唑单一用药相比,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.007),二者联合使用可降低其复发率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论现有研究证实乳酸杆菌活菌制剂联合克霉唑治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道念珠菌病与单一克霉唑相比有效率高,复发率更低。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of live lactobacillus preparation combined with clotrimazole for treatment of Vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy by Meta-analysis. Methods PubMed、Ovid、SinoMed、CNKI、Wanfang and VIP were searched to collect pertinent references.Data were screened and extracted by two reviewers independently with a designed extraction form. The risk of bias of studies was assessed using the criteria of the Cochrane back review group.The Rev Man 5.3 software was used to carry out meta-analysis.Results According to search strategy,1418 patients from 10 randomized controlled studies were analyzed in this meta-analysis.The results of meta-analysis indicated that the cure rate of live lactobacillus preparation combined with clotrimazole was significantly higher than that of clotrimazole alone(P=0.007).The recurrence rate of live lactobacillus preparation combined with clotrimazole was significantly higher than that of clotrimazole alone(P<0.0001).Conclusion Live lactobacillus preparation com-bined with clotrimazole in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy is more effective than clotrimazole,with lower recurrence rate.
