摘要
目前高职院校食品营养与检测专业人才培养模式存在的主要问题就是人才培养模式和培养质量难以完全适应区域经济社会发展的需要,根据福建省食品工业发展的特点,突出食品营养与检测专业人才培养模式的差异化,应从人才培养目标、课程设置、教学模式、产教融合与产学结合等方面进行构建,以培养适应区域经济发展特点的创新型人才。
The main problem in the training model of food nutrition and Detection major in vocational colleges is that the talent training mode and quality can not completely adapt to the development of regional economy and society. According to the characteristics of the development of food industry in Fujian Province,this essay stresses on the differentiation of talents training mode of food nutrition and Detection major,and specific construction from training objectives,curriculum,teaching mode,integration of production and education,and integration of industry and education, so as to train the innovative talents in adapt to the developmental characteristics of regional economy.
