掌骨牵引联合切开复位内固定术治疗重度尺桡骨下段陈旧性骨折的临床研究

Clinical study of metacarpal traction combined with open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of severe fractures of the lower radius and radius

目的研究掌骨牵引联合切开复位内固定术治疗重度尺桡骨下段陈旧性骨折的临床效果。方法选取52例重度尺桡骨下段陈旧性骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各26例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组则给予掌骨牵引联合切开复位内固定术治疗,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.15%,对照组治疗总有效率69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论掌骨牵引联合切开复位内固定术治疗重度尺桡骨下段陈旧性骨折的临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of metacarpal traction combined with open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of severe fractures of the lower radius and ulna. Methods 52 patients with old fractures of the lower radius of the humerus were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 26 cases each. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group received metacarpal traction combined with open reduction and internal fixation. Observed and recorded the treatment effect of 2 groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (96.15% ) and the total effective rate of the control group (69.23%) were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of metacarpal traction combined with open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of severe fractures of the lower radius and ulna is significant and worthy of clinical application.
