格列吡嗪联合二甲双胍治疗老年初诊2型糖尿病的临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨格列吡嗪联合二甲双胍治疗老年初诊2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法分析我院2015年1月—2018年1月之间收治62例老年初诊2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组实施格列吡嗪治疗,试验组实施格列吡嗪联合二甲双胍治疗,对比2组临床疗效。结果试验组患者治疗后各项血糖指标结果均明显低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年初诊2型糖尿病患者接受格列吡嗪联合二甲双胍治疗,有助于调节血糖水平,临床应用价值较高。
