强化处方点评对促进合理用药的影响

The effect of strengthening prescription comment on promoting rational drug use

目的探讨强化处方点评对促进合理用药的影响。方法在我院2018年3月—8月所开出的门诊药方中,随机抽取24 694张,强化处方点评,统计门诊中不合理、不规范,甚至是超常的处方。以《处方管理办法》、《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》为强化处方点评依据,展开分析。结果 24 694张门诊处方中有634张不适宜处方,占比2.57%。其分类依次为:不合理的用法用量(39.75%,252/634);处方未具备临床诊断或不全(21.14%,134/634);无特殊情况下,医生未注明理由延长处方用量(20.82%,132/634);重复用药(16.09%,102/634);溶媒选择不适宜(1.26%,8/634);具有禁忌或不良相互作用(0.95%,6/634)。结论强化处方点评是提高用药合理性的重要措施,应进一步完善并长期实施。

Objective To explore the effect of intensive prescription review on promoting rational drug use. Methods 24694 prescriptions were randomly selected from our hospital from March'2018 to August 2018,and the prescription reviews were strengthened.The unreasonable,non-standard and even extraordinary,prescriptions were counted.Based on the "Prescription Management Measures"and "Hospital Prescription Review Management Standards (Trial Implementation)",the analysis was carried out.Results Out of the 24694 outpatient prescriptions,634 were not suitable for prescriptions,accounting for 2.57%.The classification was as follows:unreasonable dosage (39,75%, 252/634);no clinical diagnosis or incomplete prescription (21.14%,134/634);under no special circumstances,doctors did not specify reasons for prolonging prescription dosage (20.82%,132/634);repeated drug use (16.09%,102/634); unsuitable solvent selection (1.26%,8/634);It has taboo or bad interaction (0.95%,6/634).Conclusion Strengthening prescription review is an important measure to improve the rationality of drug use,which should be further improved and implemented for a long time.
