Construction scheme for downcast movable mould frame cast-in-situ box girder of Jiangjungou hillside exhibition Bridge

新疆果子沟特大桥为国内首例600 m半径现浇箱梁移动模架施工,所有技术难点需从头摸索,无现有经验借鉴,且墩高壁薄,施工环境恶劣。本文通过制定优化施工方案,使该较小半径现浇箱梁移动模架施工取得成功。

The Guozigou Bridge in Xinjiang is the first case of 600m radius cast-in-situ box girder movable formwork construction in China.All technical difficulties need to be explored from scratch.There is no existing experience to draw lessons from,and the pier is thin and the construction environment is bad.In this paper,the construction of mobile mould frame of cast-in-situ box girder with small radius is successful by formulating an optimized construction scheme.
