摘要
食用油的食用安全性与其重金属含量密切相关。然而由于食用油的复杂基质特性与重金属元素的低含量特征,导致检测食用油中的重金属元素较为困难,必须先进行样品前处理。前处理过程是食用油中重金属检测准确性、稳定性、便利性等的关键所在。目前检测食用油中重金属的样品前处理技术主要有消解法、液液萃取法、固相萃取法、直接进样法等。综述了近几年相关食用油中重金属检测的样品前处理技术的重要进展,对各种方法的特征及优缺点进行了综合比较,并对食用油中重金属前处理技术未来的研究方向进行了展望。
The safety of edible oils is closely related to the contents of heavy metals. However,the determination of heavy metals in edible oils is very difficult due to the high complexity of the matrix and the low content of these heavy metals. Therefore,the sample pretreatment is an essential part of the entire analysis process. The sample pretreatment is the key to the accuracy,stability and convenience of heavy metals analysis in edible oils. At present,there are four main types of sample pretreatment techniques used for the determination of heavy metals in edible oils,including digestion,liquid-liquid extraction,solid phase extraction and direct sampling. In this paper,recent advances in sample pretreatment techniques used for the determination of heavy metals in edible oils are summarized,and their features,advantages and limitations are discussed and evaluated. At the end,the following research of this dissertation are prospected.
