土壤耕作与施肥配合对玉米根系微观结构及产量的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Soil Tillage and Fertilization on Root Microstructure and Yield in Maize

摘要 于2016年夏玉米季,在河北农业大学辛集实验站,以先玉335为供试材料,设置深松一体化施肥(SAF)、深松分层施肥Ⅰ(SLF1)、深松分层施肥Ⅱ(SLF2)3种施肥方式,以免耕播种为对照(CK),在苗期、拔节期、抽雄期和灌浆期取样测定根系微观结构和土壤微生物特征。研究结果表明:与CK相比,SLF1和SAF可增加根系导管数量,降低髓腔占中柱面积比例;SAF、SLF1和SLF2处理玉米产量均显著高于CK施肥处理,比CK处理分别提高7.4%、6.9%和13.9%。因此,采用深松分层施缓控释氮肥方式可以提高玉米产量。 In the summer maize season of 2016,Xianyu 335was used as the test material at the Xinji experimental station,Hebei Agricultural University.The characteristics of soil microorganisms and root microstructure were studied in treatments of subsoiling and applying fertilizer (SAF),Subsoiling seeding and layer fertilizer Ⅰ(SLF1),subsoiling and layer fertilizer Ⅱ (SLF2)and no-tillage sowing and fertilization (CK)at seedling stage,jointing stage and tasseling stage and filling stage.The results showed that:Compared with CK,SLF and SAF could increase the number of root canal and reduce the proportion of the medullary cavity to the middle column.The yields of maize treated by SAF, SLF1and SLF2were significantly higher than those of CK treatment,which increased by 7.4%,6.9%and 13.9%, respectively.Therefore,SLF2could increase the grain yield of maize.
