Application of Plastic Laser Welding Technology in Automobile Manufacturing

摘要 随着汽车制造工业的迅速发展,轻量化设计作为汽车制造业的一个重要发展方向,越来越多的塑料制品代替金属部件用于汽车制造中。鉴于车用零部件的特殊使用功能,工程师们设计了很多结构复杂的塑料部件。有些部件并不能一次注塑成型,需要把多个部件无缝焊接成型。相较于其他塑料焊接方式,塑料激光焊接具有焊缝美观、焊接变形小、强度高等优点。另外,塑料激光焊接还能实现二维到三维空间的连接,打破结构与形状的制约,具有高自动化的优势,适合汽车制造等高端领域的精密焊接需求。深入研究车用塑料部件的激光焊接问题,研讨焊接工艺的改进与优化,对汽车外观设计、安全保障、节能环保等具有重要意义。 With the rapid development of automobile manufacturing industry, lightweight design as an important direction of automobile manufacturing industry, more and more plastic products instead of metal parts appear in automobile manufacturing. In view of the special functions of automotive parts, engineers have designed many plastic parts with complex structures.Some parts can not be molded at one time, and multiple parts need to be welded seamlessly.Compared with other plastic welding methods, plastic laser welding has the advantages of beautiful weld, small welding deformation and high strength. In addition, plastic laser welding can also realize the connection between two-dimensional and three-dimensional space, breaking the restriction of structure and shape, with high automation advantages, suitable for high-end areas such as automobile manufacturing precision welding needs. It is of great signifi cance for automotive appearance design, safety assurance, energy saving and environmental protection to deeply study the laser welding of automotive plastic parts and discuss the improvement and optimization of welding technology.
