芳烷基醚改性可发性酚醛树脂的制备及性能 被引量:10

Preparation and Properties of Aralkyl Ether Modifi ed Foamable Phenolic Resin

摘要 以对苯二甲基二甲醚和苯酚为原料在催化剂的作用下发生取代反应,生成带有两个酚环的芳烷基醚化合物,再使其与多聚甲醛发生加成反应生成芳烷基醚改性的热固性酚醛树脂,经过发泡固化得到改性酚醛泡沫。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对改性树脂结构进行了表征。结果表明:对苯二甲基二甲醚已成功改性酚醛树脂的分子结构,在树脂分子结构中引入大量苯环。通过对改性泡沫的吸水率、强度和耐热性能进行测试和表征,结果表明:对苯二甲基二甲醚改性的酚醛泡沫吸水率最低可至5.0%;压缩强度、冲击强度和弯曲强度与未改性酚醛泡沫相比均有明显提高;泡沫极限氧指数高达39.1%,耐热性能大幅度提高。 The substitution reaction of 1,4-bis(methoxymethyl)-benzene and phenol was carried out under the action of catalyst to form aryl ether compounds with two phenolic rings, and then the addition of paraformaldehyde to form aryl ether modifi ed thermosetting phenolic resin. It is foamed and cured to obtain a modifi ed phenolic foam. The structure of the modifi ed resin was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and 1H-NMR. The results show that: 1,4-bis(methoxymethyl)-benzene has successfully modifi ed by terephthalic dimethyl ether and a large number of benzene rings have been introduced into the molecular structure of the resin. The water absorption, strength and heat resistance of the modifi ed foam were tested and characterized. the results show that: the water absorption of 1,4-bis(methoxymethyl)-benzene modifi ed phenolic foam can be as low as 5.0%. Compared with the unmodifi ed phenolic foam,the compressive strength, impact strength and flexural strength are obviously improved.The limiting oxygen index of the foam is as high as 39.1%, and the heat resistance is greatly improved.
