摘要
采用DBPMH、DCP、BIBP、BPO四种硫化剂与ABS/MVQ熔融共混构建四种动态硫化体系,并在不同混炼硅橡胶含量下,将其与ABS/MVQ简单共混体系进行对比,考察了动态硫化对共混物流变性、耐热性、力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:相较于简单共混,动态硫化能明显增强共混物的耐热性和力学性能,在混炼硅橡胶含量为6份时,四种硫化体系综合性能达到最佳。
Four kinds of DBPMH, DCP, BIBP and BPO vulcanizing agents were blended with ABS/MVQ to construct four kinds of dynamic vulcanization systems. The rheological, thermal and mechanical properties of the blends were compared with those of ABS/MVQ blends at different silicone rubber content. The results show that compared with simple blending, dynamic vulcanization can obviously enhance the heat resistance and mechanical properties of the blends. When the content of the mixed silicone rubber is 6 parts, the comprehensive properties of the four vulcanization systems are the best.
