YU Guran's Experience of Treating Alzheimer's Diseases with Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbs

于顾然教授临床治疗呆病多年,认为呆病的病机为"肾虚为本,痰瘀为标",传承历代医家用药经验,根据个人临证经验结合现代中药药理研究,总结出治疗呆病有效药,通过不同药灵活配伍用于临床多可见效,现将于教授治疗呆病的常用药配伍思路总结分享,以供同道临床用药参考。

Professor YU Guran has substantial experience in the treatment of AD,and he thinks that the pathogenesis of AD is "kidney deficiency is the underlying cause,phlegm and blood stasis is the direct cause".By inheriting the experience of the ancient doctors,combining the experience of the individual and the pharmacological research of modern Chinese medicine,the effective herbs for treating the,disease were summed up.By using different combinations of traditional Chinese medicine,it is more effective in clinical practice.Now we will summarize and share commonly used TCM herbs and compatibility ideas for treating chronic diseases,so as to provide references for colleagues in clinical selection.
