商洪涛教授认为,功能性消化不良(FD)的发生与饮食、外邪、情志、体虚等多种因素影响脾胃功能,导致中焦气机壅滞,脾胃升降失司。或与素体虚弱、真火衰微导致脾阳不振,腐熟无力相关。此外,脏腑失和,犯扰脾胃,中焦不运,亦是其发病机制之一。治疗当以调畅气机升降、培补温运脾阳、调和脏腑为要。本文对商洪涛教授治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临证思路及辨治经验浅析如下,以供同道参考。

Professor SHANG Hongtao thinks that the occurrence of functional dyspepsia (FD)is related to various factors. Such as diet,exogenous evil,emotion,physically weak and so on.All these aspects result in the stagnation of Qi activity of the middle energizer,and the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach ascending and descending.Or being weak and lacking of Zhenyang lead to the deficiency of spleen Yang.In addition,the imbalance of Zangfu,interfering the spleen and stomach,that leading to the dysfunction of Zhongjiao in transportation,is also the pathogenesis of FD.The treatment should be focus on regulating ascending and descending of Qi activity,warming the spleen Yang,and regulating Zangfu.This essay is main to analyze the plans and the experience of Professor SHANG Hongtao in treating FD.This essay is just a normal reference for the person of the same occupation.
