补肾调周法对卵巢巧克力囊肿患者血清肿瘤标志物的影响

Effect of Applying Tonifying Kidney and Regulating Menstrual Cycle Method in the Treatment of Ovarian Chocolate Cyst

目的:分析补肾调周法对卵巢巧克力囊肿患者血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法:分析和比较经补肾调周法治疗的巧囊患者60例,观察治疗前、后中医症候积分改善情况及血清肿瘤标志物(CA125、CA199)数值变化。结果:患者经补肾调周法治疗后主要症候积分相比治疗前差异明显;治疗后血清CA125、CA199指标较治疗前大幅度降低。结论:补肾调周法治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿患者临床效果确切,可提高临床综合疗效,显著改善中医症候积分,使血清CA125、CA199呈下调表达,并从分子水平评价了补肾调周法治疗巧囊的临床意义。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of treating ovarian chocolate cyst with tonifying kidney and regulating the menstrual cycle method.Methods:A retrospective analysis and comparison of 60 cases of renal cyst treated by tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation method were made.The improvement of TCM symptom score before and after treatment,the m.aximum diameter change of cyst and the changes of serum tumor markers (CA125,CA199)were observed.Results :The patients of tkrpm after treatment compared with before treatment the difference was the main symptom,after treatment,serum CA125, CA199 index before treatment significantly reduced.Conclusion:The clinical effect of applying tonifying kidney and regulating the menstrual cycle method in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst is effective,can improve the clinical efficacy of comprehensive thinking,improvement of TCM syndrome integral,reduce tumor mass,the serum levels of CA125 and CA199 is down regulated,and from the molecular level to evaluate the clinical significance of treating chocolate cyst with tonifying kidney and regulating the menstrual cycle method.
