针灸配合养心安神汤治疗心脾两虚型失眠临床研究

Clinical Study on Heart and Spleen Deficiency Type Insomnia Treated with Acupuncture Combined with Yangxin Anshen Decoction

目的:观察针灸配合养心安神汤治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的心脾两虚型失眠患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组(n=30)采用针灸配合养心安神汤治疗;对照组(n=30)单纯用养心安神汤治疗,10日1疗程,共计3个疗程.观察匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、临床疗效及3月后复发率指标。结果:治疗后两组患者的PSQI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。在临床总有效率方面,观察组(93. 3%)明显优于对照组(73. 3%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。3月后随访,观察组复发2例(6. 67%),对照组复发4例(13. 33%),观察组明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:针灸配合养心安神汤治疗心脾两虚型失眠能够提高治疗效果,复发率低,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective:To assess the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Yangxin Anshen Decoction in treating insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency.Methods :60criteria patients in outpatient department of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group.The observation group (n=30)was treated with acupuncture combined with Yangxin Anshen Decoction,and the controlled group (n=30)just with Yangxin Anshen Decoction only.Ten days was a course of treatment,for 3courses.Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)score,total clinical efficacy,and recurrence rate after 3 months were observed.Resuhs :The PSQI scores of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before,and the observation group was superior to the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The observation group (93.3%)on total clinical effectiveness was significantly better than the controlled one (73.3%),and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).After 3months follow up,the recurrence rate of the former group (n =2,6.67%)was better than the later (n=4,13.33%),the difference was obviously significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Treating insomnia with acupuncture and Yangxin Anshen Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of trigeminal neuralgia patients with lower recurrence rate,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
