摘要
目的:通过杵针联合香木活血散外敷应用于Ⅰ~Ⅱ型气滞血瘀膝骨关节炎临床疗效观察。方法:采用随机抽样法,对2017年1月至2017年8月本科收治的气滞血瘀型膝骨关节炎患者进行筛选和措施干预,干预过程一个月,选取样本80例,40例为治疗组,40例对照组,对照组施以常规护理方法配合香木活血散中药外敷治疗,治疗组增加杵针治疗,每日1次。结论:在一个月的干预观察期,采用杵针联合中药外敷方法的治疗组患者的有效率为97. 5%,明显高于对照组患者的有效率80%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05);治疗组患者的疼痛缓解程度、VAS评分下降程度与对照组患者相比明显改变,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ⅰ~ Ⅱ type of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type knee osteoarthritis treated by pestle needle combined with Xiangmu Huoxue Powder.Methods:The random sampling method was used to select and measure intervention in the patients with knee osteoarthritis from January 2017 to August 2017,the intervention process was one months,80 cases were selected,40 eases were treated group,40 cases were controlled group,and the controlled group was treated with the routine nursing method and the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment.The treatment group added the pestle needle treatment onee a day.Results:In the one-month intervention observation period,the effective rate of the patients with pestle needle combined with Chinese herbal application method was 97.5%,it was significantly higher than that of the controlled group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),the degree of pain relieved in the treatment group, the descending degree of VAS score was significantly different from that in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Ⅰ~ Ⅱ type of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type knee osteoarthritis treated by pestle nee- dle eombined with Xiangmu Huoxue Powder has obvious effect.It is Worthy of elinieal reference and popularization.
