氦氖激光对实验兔皮肤全层切伤的疗效观察 被引量:3

Therapeutic effect of He-Ne laser on experimental rabbit full-thickness skin cut injury

摘要 选取年龄、体质量相近的4月龄健康实验兔18只制备皮肤全层切伤模型,随机分为3组,模型对照组、京万红治疗组和激光治疗组。于试验中不同时间点采集耳缘静脉血液,检测白细胞数、单核细胞数、巨噬细胞数和血小板总数;分离血清检测血清AST、ALB、TP、TGF-B1、VEGF、PDGF和NGF水平;每组随机取1只实验兔的创面皮肤,进行组织学检查。结果显示,在整个试验期间,模型对照组感染死亡率为33.3%,京万红治疗和激光治疗组感染死亡率均为16.67%。试验第14天京万红治疗和激光治疗组实验兔血液中的白细胞数显著低于对照组;激光治疗组血液中血小板数明显高于其他2组。试验第3天与模型对照组和京万红治疗组相比激光治疗组血清中VEGF浓度显著增加。组织切片观察结果显示,皮肤组织切面愈合速度分别为激光治疗组>京万红治疗组>模型对照组。结果表明,氦氖激光照射和京万红软膏在实验兔皮肤创伤治疗中均有显著疗效,但激光治疗组的疗效优于京万红治疗组,值得今后在临床中加以推广应用。 Total of 184-month-old rabbits with similar age and weight were selected,and randomly divided into three groups:control group,Jingwanhong treatment group,and laser treatment group. Ear vein blood was collected to measure the number of white blood cells,monocytes,macrophages, and total platelets;serum was used to detect AST,ALB,TP,TGF-B1,VEGF,PDGF,and NGF levels;one rabbit was randomly collected from each group to make a slice of the wound skin and observing its tissue structure.The results showed that the mortality rate of infection in the control group was 33.3%.The mortality rate of infection in the Jingwanhong group and laser treatment group both were 16.67%;in the Jingwanhong group and laser treatment group,the number of white blood cells were.significantly lower than the control group;after 14days,the number of blood platelets:in laser treatment group were significantly higher than other two groups;the concentration of VEGF in the serum of the laser treatment group was significantly increased on the third day.The results of the tissue section showed that skin tissue surface healing rate were. laser treatment group>Jingwanhong group>control group.It shows that He-Ne laser and Jing-wanhong ointment are effective in the treatment method of skin trauma.Using He-Ne laser as a treatment for full-thickness skin cut injury allows earlier healing of wound in rabbit compared with Jingwanhong ointment,which may be desirable for initiating postoperative interventions.
