油菜花粉超微粉对肉鸡免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:6

Effects of rape pollen ultramicro powder on immune function and antioxidant capacity of broiler chickens

摘要 180羽1日龄体质量相近的爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡随机分为4个组,每组3个重复,每个重复15羽。Ⅰ组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮的基础上添加0.5%,1.0%,1.5%的油菜花粉超微粉,试验期间自由采食、饮水,试验期42d,试验结束后采血分离血清检测相关免疫及抗氧化指标。结果显示,在饲粮中添加油菜花粉超微粉能显著提高肉鸡胸腺指数(P<0.05),显著提高肉鸡血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM、IgA)和血清白细胞介素IL-2、IL-6的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01);同时能显著提高肉鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),并降低血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,在饲粮中添加油菜花粉超微粉能显著增强肉鸡免疫功能,提高其抗氧化能力,且添加剂量以1.5%为最佳。 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of diet supplemented with rape pollen ultramicro powder on immune function and antioxidant capacity of broiler chickens.A total of 180 one-day-old healthy Arbor Acres female broilers with the similar body weight were selected and randomly allotted to 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 15 birds per replicate.The four diets included a basal diet without rape pollen(the control group,groupⅠ)and 3 experimental diets supplemented with 0.5%,1.0%,1.5% rape pollen ultramicro powder based in the basal diet(groupⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ),respectively.The experiment lasted 42 days,free food and water intake(adlibitum).Results showed that addition of rape pollen ultramicro powder could significantly increaseand improve the contents of immunoglobulin(IgG,IgM,IgA)and interleukin IL-2,IL-6(P<0.05 or P<0.01),additionally could improve activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and catalase(CAT),while decrease malonic dialdehyde(MDA)content in serum of broiler chickens(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In conclusion,diet supplemented with rape pollen ultramicro powder could significantly promote immune function and enhance antioxidant capacity of broiler chickens,and the optimum supplemental level is 1.5%.
