猪圆环病毒3型检测方法研究进展

Research progress of porcine circovirus type 3 detection methods

为了更好地掌握新型猪圆环病毒3型(PCV3)快速、准确而方便的检测方法,现就近两年来国内外相继报道的一种与猪皮炎和肾病综合征、生殖功能衰竭和多系统炎症相关的PCV3主要检测方法包括宏基因组、常规PCR、多重定量实时聚合酶链反应(mqPCR)、TaqMan实时PCR、实时重组酶聚合酶扩增(rt-RPA)、间接ELISA进行了综述,旨在为PCV3流行情况提供可靠的检测方法。

In order to better master the rapid,accurate and convenient detection method of novel porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3),the PCV3 primary detection methods for porcine dermatitis and nephrotic syndrome,reproductive failure and multisystem inflammation was summarized including metagenome,conventional PCR,multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction (mqPCR),TaqMan real-time PCR,real-time recombinase polymerase amplification and ELISA to provide a reliable test for the prevalence of PCV3.
