摘要
使用定量添加泵解决发泡剂难以稳定添加的问题,提升了泡沫降尘系统的可靠性。将定量添加泵、发泡器、发泡液储液罐等部件整合为一个机体,让泡沫除尘系统更加适应工作面的复杂条件。该系统在山东济宁某矿掘进工作面获得成功应用,掘进面巷道中的全尘和呼尘的浓度分别降低到了88.4、41.7 mg/m3,降尘率分别达到了89.3%、87.8%,改善了掘进巷道作业环境,保障了一线作业人员的身心健康。
Abstract:Using a quantitative addition pump to achieve the stable addition of foam agents,imp/oves the reliability of the foam dust removal system.Assembled and integrated components such as the quantitative addition device,foamer,and foam agent tank,allowing the foam dust removal system to adapt more to the complex conditions of the tunnel work:For a tunnel work face in Jining,The concentration of dust and respiratory dust in the roadway was reduced to 88.4mg/m^3and 41.7mg/m^3 respectively,and the dust reduction rate reached 89,3%and 87.8%,which improved the environment for tunnel work,ensures the physical and mental health of first-lirie workers.
