深部突出“三软”煤层卸压增透技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了分析水力冲孔增透技术在突出煤层中的应用效果,针对首山一矿高地应力、低透气性、煤层松软无保护层可采的突出煤层的现状.详细分析了水力冲孔系统参数的设置过程及其原理.通过流量法计算出首山一矿水力冲孔的有效抽采影响半径为8.4m,布孔间距12m。并用测量抽采孔瓦斯含量的方法证明了水力冲孔有效影响半径的可靠性及水力冲孔卸压增透措施后的抽采效果。结果表明:水力冲孔增透技术在首山一矿突出煤层增透应用中效果是显著的,能够为煤矿安全生产提供技术保障。 In order to analyze the application effect of hydraulic punching and flooding in the outburst coal seam,the setting process of the hydraulic punching system parameters is analyzed in detail for the present situation of the high coal stress,low permeability and soft unprotected layer of coal seam and its principle,through the flow method to calculate the effective radius of hydraulic punching in Shoushan No.1coal mine were 8.4m,cloth spacing 12m.The reliability of the effective impact radius of hydraulic punching and the effect of hydraulic punching and pressure relief 'are studied by measuring the gas content of the extraction hole.The results show that the effect of hydraulic punching and expanding technology is significant in the application of the outburst coal seam in Shoushan No.1 coal mine,which can provide technical guarantee for coal mine safety production.
