摘要 为了改进矿井中供电系统的DC-DC变换电路,提出了一种改进型准Z源DC-DC变换器拓扑结构。通过分析电路基本结构和工作原理,推导出了电路各部分电压关系。与传统准Z源变换器拓扑相比,这种电路拓扑升压能力更高,电容器应力更小。在理论分析的基础上,进行了MATLAB/Simulink仿真和实验验证,验证了该拓扑的可行性和优越性。 In order to improve the DC-DC transform circuit of the power supply system in mine,an improved quasi-Z-souree DC-DC converter topology was proposed.Its circuit structure and working principle were analyzed,and the voltage relation of each part of the circuit is deduced.Compared with the traditional quasi-Z-source converters,this topology has higher boost ability and less capacitor stress.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the correctness and validity of the topology are verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation and experimental verification.
