摘要
利用射流调浆原理,提出了一种新型射流调浆混合器。通过Fluent软件对模型内部流场进行数值模拟及动力学参数的分析。结果表明:增加扰流机构对流场分布具有较大影响:同一模型结构下,增加入料速度有利于提高矿浆与药剂的碰撞效率。同一入料速度下.相比较于其他3种模型,模型4内的流体质点运动轨迹较为杂乱无章、湍流程度较深,为药剂乳化与矿浆矿化提供了较好的结构和时间条件,这与锯齿状混流板、一级折流叶片的布置有关,可进一步试验研究。
Based on the principle of jet mixing,a new type of jet size mixing mixer is presented.The numerical simulation of the internal flow field of the models is carried out by means of Fluent,and hydrodynamic parameters are analyzed.The results show that the increase of disturbed flow mechanism has a great influence on the flow field distribution;under the same model structure,increase the feeding rate is conducive to improve the collision efficiency of pulp and chemicals,and under the same feeding rate,compared with the other three models,fluid particle trajectory of model 4is more chaotic and the turbulence degree is deeper,which provided a better conditions of structure and time for reagent emulsion and pulp mineralization,which is related to the zigzag mixed flow board and one stage baffled flow blade,so further test study should be conducted.
