摘要
根据8.8 m超大采高工作面主要参数,结合8.8 m液压支架立柱缸径、推移千斤顶缸径及支架中心距等基本参数,研究新型大流量供液系统各主要元件的流量匹配性,分析工作面供液系统的瓶颈,合理匹配液压系统各部分供液流量,提高液压支架移架速度,满足液压支架单架循环时间不大于12 s,确定8.8 m超大工作阻力液压支架供液系统。
According to the main parameters of 8.8m super-large mining face,combined with the basic parameters of 8.8m hydraulic support,such as diameters of leg barrel,diameters of DA ram and the center distance.The flow compatibility of the major components of the new large flow liquid supply system was studied and the bottleneck of liquid supply system was analyzed.As a result,the liquid flow could be reasonably distributed to all parts of the hydraulic system,the speed of the hydraulic support could be improved,the requirement that thecycle time per shield is not greater than 12s could be satisfied,and the hydraulic system for the 8.8m hydraulic support of super-high working resistance could be determined.
