煤矿井下用搅拌运输车的减振系统设计优化

摘要 根据煤矿井下混凝土搅拌运输车自身结构特点和性能要求,为其设计减振系统,对减振装置进行有限元分析计算,建立整车虚拟样机进行平顺性分析,并通过实验验证该减振系统的可行性。该方法的研究将为所有矿用无轨辅助运输车辆平顺性研究提供有效依据。 According to the structural characteristics and performance requirements of the concrete mixing truck in coal mine,an vibration reduction system is designed.The finite element analysis and calculation of the damping device is carried out,and the virtual prototype of the whole vehicle is established,ulterioly,the feasibility of the damping system is verified by test.The research of this method will provide an effective basis for the study of the ride comfort of all mine trackless auxiliary haulage vehicles.
