摘要
对一款发动机驱动、液力机械传动重型支架搬运车的发动机外特性、液力变矩器原始特性以及两者共同工作输入、输出特性进行了分析,计算出了原车相应的动力性能。在分析原有工作特性的基础上,以整车动力性和经济性综合指标最优为目标,对液力变矩器相关参数进行了优化。仿真结果表明,优化后的联合输入特性的最大转矩增加,平均燃油消耗率降低。
For an engine driven,hydraulic mechanical transmission of heavy support truck engine performance,torque converter and the original characteristics of both work input and output characteristics are analyzed,the dynamic performance of the original car corresponding calculation. Based on the analysis of the original working characteristies,the optimal parameters of the hydraulic torque converter are optimized with the target of the comprehensive index of the vehicle's power and economy.The simulation results show that the optimized joint input characteristic increases the maximum torque and decreases the average fuel consumption rate.
