摘要 以某采煤机行星减速机齿轮传动系统为研究对象.运用LMS Virtual.Lab建立行星减速机齿轮传动系统刚柔耦合振动计算模型.运用计算机对行星减速机齿轮传动系统振动特性进行模拟仿真。模拟仿真分析结果表明,采煤机行星减速机的传动齿轮存在一定的振动,振动位移、角位移、速度、角速度及啮合齿轮啮合力都呈现周期性变化,且振动振幅均在合理范围内,该研究为采煤机行星减速机齿轮传动系统振动噪声的减小提供有益的借鉴。 The planetary gears transmission system of a shearer powertrain was taken as the research object,the rigid-flexible coupling calculation model for the planetary gears transmission system was established by the LMS Virtual.Lab,the planetary gear reducer vibration characteristics of rigid-flexible coupling vibration model was calculated by the computer simulation.The simulation results show that there is some vibration in the planetary gear reducer drive of shearer powertrain transmission system, and the vibration displacement,angular displacement,velocity,angular velocity and meshing force of gear mesh all show periodic changes,and the vibration amplitude are within a reasonable range,and its basically meet the requirements of shearer powertrain transmission system,this research provides a useful reference for reducing the vibration noise of shearer planetary gear transmission system.
