摘要
为减少防爆无轨胶轮运输车对煤矿井下造成的环境污染,开发排放更清洁的防爆电控柴油机作为无轨胶轮运输车的动力源。试验结果表明:防爆电控柴油机的CO排放值小于100×10-6,NOx排放值小于700×10-6。加装尾气后处理装置,利用电控柴油机标定技术优化尾气排放,CO排放小于100×10-6,NOx排放小于500×10-6。对加装尾气后处理的防爆电控柴油机进行排放测验,表明采用该技术路线,防爆电控柴油机满足非道路国三排放标准。
In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the flameproof diesel vehicle with the rubber wheels for the underground coal mine,a cleaner flameproof electronic controlled diesel engine is developed to be the power source of the vehicle with the rubber wheels.The test results show that the CO emission value of the flameproof electronic control diesel engine is less than 100×10^-6,and the NOx emission value is less than 700×10^-6.On this basis,after adding the exhaust treatment device, electronic control diesel engine calibration technique was used to optimize emissions,CO emission value is less than 100×10^-6,NOx emission value is less than 500×10^-6.Emission test for flameproof electronic controlled diesel engine with exhaust after treatment shows that it meets the off-road three emissions standards by taking the technical route.
