摘要
通过ANSYS分析软件对采煤机行走过程中刮板输送机机身上销轨的受力特性进行研究。基于先进传感技术以及信息融合技术构建了一种基于销轨应力变化的采煤设备无线定位系’统,可以实现复杂工况条件下采煤设备远程监控与维护。
Analyzed the stress characteristics of pin track on scraper conveyor while the coal cutter is running by ANSYS software.A new type of wireless positioning system based on,the stress change of the pin track is constructed based on the advanced sensing technology and information fusion technology,which can realize remote monitoring and maintenance of coal mining equipment under complex working conditions.
