摘要
哈尔乌素选煤厂拟采用智能干选机实现200~50 mm块煤分选,为解决煤矸识别问题,提高分选精度,同时解决射线辐射防护问题,对智能干选机识别技术进行研究。经研究确定:X射线识别装置相比于γ射线识别装置,具有分选精度高、处理能力大、辐射强度小、管理方便等特点,智能干选机识别采用X射线识别装置,通过辐射屏蔽,可确保生产工人辐射剂量0.66 mSv/a(小于一般公众限值1 mSv/a),同时配备辐射环境监测工具,共同保证操作工人处于一个安全的辐射范围内。
Ha'erwusu CPP adopts telligent dry separator for 200to 50mm lump coal separation,in order to solving the problem of coal-reject identifieation,improve the separation precision,and consideration of radiation protection,dry separation technology has been deeply researched recently.It is confirmed that:comparing with X ray and γ ray identification device,the X ray device has some advantages like high separation precision,large processing capacity,low radiation,easy management and so on.The telligent dry separator adopts X ray for identification;by radiation shield,it ensures that the radiation dose of each operator is 0.66mSv/a (less than 1mSv/a,public dose limit),meanwhile with radiation environmental monitoring tools,can ensure that the operator is in the safety arrangement.
