摘要 高灰难选煤泥的有效分选是洁净煤技术领域的一个难题。采用高剪切调浆方法,分别测试浮选精煤与尾煤的接触角与Zeta电位,研究搅拌条件对煤泥颗粒表面性质的影响。结果表明,随着搅拌强度的提高,精煤与尾煤的Zeta电位和接触角的差值均呈增大趋势。在高剪切力的作用下,颗粒表面的性质发生了改变,煤颗粒表面的高灰泥质物覆盖层变薄或消失,疏水性增强。 The effective separation of high ash and difficult preparation coal slime is a difficult problem in the field of clean coal technology.With high shear pulp method adopted,the contact angle and Zeta potential of flotation fine coal and tailings were measured in order to analyze the influences of stirring factors on the surface properties of the coal slime particles.The results show that with the increasing of stirring intensity the defferences of Zeta and contact angle between fine coal and tailings increased. Under high shear intensity the surface properties of the particles changed,and the cover layer of high ash pelitic in the surface of coal particle became thinner or disappeared thus improving its hydrophobicity.
