基于CT三维重构的煤孔隙结构表征及分析 被引量:8

摘要 为研究煤的孔隙特征对煤体宏观物理特性的影响,对煤的孔隙结构进行定量表征和分析。以大柳塔煤矿长焰煤煤样为研究对象,基于X射线三维显微CT扫描得到的数据体,结合三维可视化软件Avizo的三维重构技术及图像灰度分割技术得到煤体的微观孔隙模型,并建立了煤孔隙三维展布模型和孔隙球棒模型。通过提出的方法和模型的建立,对长焰煤的孔隙微观参数-孔隙率、孔隙半径、喉道半径、孔隙体积、喉道体积、配位数等进行了统计分析。结果表明:在微观尺度下,长焰煤煤样孔隙总体分布比较分散,孔隙率15.47%,通过孔隙的球棒模型统计出的孔隙数27 432,喉道数38 829及其他的孔隙微观参数。 To study the influence of the pore characteristics of coal on the macroscopic physical properties of coal,the pore structure of coal were characterized by quantitative characterization and analysis.The coal sample of long flame coal from Daliuta coal mine was taken as the research object,based on the X-ray three-dimensional microscope CT scanning technology,the microscopic pore model of coal is obtained by three-dimensional reconstruction of 3D visualization software Avizo and image gray-scale segmentation, and the three-dimensional distribution model and the pore networkmodel are established.Through the proposed method and the establishment of model,the long flame coal microscopic parameter of pore includes porosity,pore radius,throat radius,pore volume,throat volume,coordination number.The results show thatunder the micro scale,the overall distribution of the coal samples in the long flame coal is more dispersed.Porosity is 15.47%,the number of pores is 27432,the number of throats is 38829and the other pore micro parameters are calculated by the pore network model.
