环境因素对不同性别儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的影响

Environmental factors for childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia

目的探讨环境因素与不同性别儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的相关关系。方法 2015年选择于天津市血液病医院就诊的179名儿童ALL患者为病例,按照年龄、性别、居住地等匹配条件,纳入136名正常儿童作为对照,自行设计问卷并进行流行病学调查,对所得的资料进行logistic回归分析。结果儿童偏食(OR=6.382,95%CI:3.144~12.955)和出生后居室装修(OR=3.104,95%CI:1.081~8.912)是男童ALL发病环境危害因素;母亲孕期被动吸烟、母亲流产史和儿童偏食是女童ALL发病环境危害因素,OR值分别为2.620(95%CI:1.049~6.543),2.948(95%CI:1.240~7.009),3.727(95%CI:1.685~8.200)。结论环境危害因素对儿童ALL发病影响存在性别差异,应采取针对性的预防措施降低儿童ALL的发病风险。

Objective To investigate the association between environmental risk factors and childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)by different gender.Methods A total of 179 ALL children were selected in Tianjin Blood Disease Hospital in 2015and 136normal children were selected according to age,gender,place of residence as the matching conditions.The data was analyzed by the logistic regression analysis.Results Childhood picky eating (OR=6.382,95%CI:3.144-12.955)and bedroom decoration after the birth (OR=3.104,95%CI:1.081-8.912)were environmental risk factors for boys ALL;Maternal passive smoking during pregnancy,maternal history of abortion and childhood picky eating were environmental risk factors for girls ALL,the odds ratio were 2.620(95%CI:1.049-6.543),2.948(95%CI:1.240-7.009)and 3.727(95%CI:1.685-8.200), respectively.Conclusion There is gender difference in the effect of environmental risk factors on childhood ALL.Targeted prevention and control of these environmental risk factors should be strengthened to effectively cut down the risk of childhood ALL.
