国内政治学视野中的海外新汉学

Overseas New Sinology from the Perspective of Political Science in China

改革开放以来中国的经济成就与政治发展使得中国本身成为西方世界哲学社会科学的重要研究对象,其中政治学视角的中国研究的迅猛发展是传统汉学走向新汉学的一个重要标志。对这一趋势,国内政治学界一直予以密切关注,从引进、评介到批判式研究,已经形成了大量成果。基于文献计量学及其可视化研究方法,可以遴选出路克利等高产作者以及中国社会科学院等高产机构;同时借助于高频关键词知识图谱,可以发现,海外中国研究中关于政党、意识形态、农村和城市基层治理、公民社会和政治参与、人大制度和法治建设等领域的研究成果,更受国内学者关注。对于新汉学成果,国内政治学界大体持有质疑与建构两种视角。从21世纪新汉学的发展来看,中国这个大样本的方方面面都已经成为西方学者研究的对象。因此,在面对新汉学时,每一个学科都不能缺位,政治学更是如此。关于未来对新汉学的再研究,如何自觉地克服我们自身的先入为主之成见,又有效地应对其中隐含的"社会科学的自负",是我们面临的挑战。

Since the start of Reform and Opening -up,China's economic and political progress has transformed the nation into a significant research object in philosophy and social sciences in the Western world.With the participation of a large number of outstanding scholars in the fields of politics,sociology,economics and so on,traditional Sinology or China studies,which takes Chinese character,culture and history as research objects,has grown into New Sinology,covering the fields of politics,economy,society and euhure.Among them,the rapid development of China studies from the political perspective can be viewed as an important sign of the trend of traditional Sinology towards New Sinology.In response to this trend,political scientists in China have been paying close attention.From introduction and review to critical research,sig- nificant results have been achieved.Based on bibliometries and visualization methods,we identify high -output authors such as Lu Ke -li and high -output institutions like the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.At the same time,with the help of the high -frequency keyword knowledge map,it can be found that political scientists in China are more concerned with research results in the fields of political parties,ideology,rural and urban grassroots governance,civil society and political participation,the people's congress system and legal construction in overseas China studies.For New Sinology,the perspectives of political research in China can roughly be divided into two types:skepticism and constructionism.From the perspective of the development of New Sinology since the beginning of the 21st century,all aspects of China,a large sample,have become research objects for Western scholars.Therefore,in the face of New Sinology,every subject should be considered,especially polities.Regarding the future re -study of New Sinology,how to consciously overcome our own preconceived stereotypes and effectively dealt with the implicit "self -sufficiency of social science"in the West is a challenge that we face.
