摘要
针对国际工程项目风险评价问题,提出了基于AGA-AHP的模糊综合评价模型.运用加速遗传算法(AGA)对层次分析法(AHP)进行改进,快速检验判断矩阵的一致性,修正不满足一致性原则的判断矩阵,并计算AHP中各层指标权重,再结合模糊综合评价法对国际工程项目进行风险评价.经理论分析与实例验证证明,运用AGA-AHP模糊综合评价模型对国际工程项目进行风险评价,其结果更合理、客观,精确度也更高,为国际工程项目领域进行风险管理与决策制定时提供了参考依据.
A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AGA-AHP was pro'posed for the risk evaluation of international engineering projects.The accelerating genetic algorithm was used to improve the consistency of the judgment matrix,to correct the judgment matrix which does not accord With the principle of consistency,and to carry out risk assessment of international engineering projects in combination with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.It is proved that the risk evaluation results of the international engineering projects based on the AGA-AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are more reasonable,objective andaccurate, and provide reference for risk management and decision-making of international engineering projects.
