生物节律:帕金森病治疗的新靶点 被引量:4

Circadian system: new target for the treatment of Parkinson's disease

摘要 曾经普遍认为生物节律发生异常是由神经退行性病变引起的,随着研究的不断深入,目前诸多学者认为生物节律异常可能作为病因影响帕金森病等神经退行性疾病的发生发展。检索Pubmed、中国知网及万方数据库等多个数据库。选取"帕金森病/Parkinson's disease"、"生物节律/Circadian rhythm"等为检索词,选择与主题密切相关的文献,重点综述关于PD生物节律的流行病学、病因与发生机制、临床表现以及生物节律调控治疗在PD中的作用,结果发现这些生物节律的异常是可以通过亮光疗法、褪黑素及干细胞治疗、音乐疗法、深部脑电刺激术等手段调控干预的,运用时间医学的理论,将调控生物节律与PD经典治疗手段相结合,可能为PD治疗提供新的切入点,生物节律有望成为PD治疗的新靶点。 It was widely believed that disorders of circadian system were caused by neurodegenerative diseases.With the deepening of research,many scholars believed that disorders of circadian system may affect the occurrence and development of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease.'Parkinson's disease' and 'Circadian rhythm' were used as the key words of retrieval performance in the databases such as Pubmed,CNKI,Wanfang and so on,and the papers which were closely related with the theme were selected.The epidemiology,etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and the role of circadian system regulation in PD were reviewed.The results show that the disorders of circadian system could be regulated by bright light therapy,melatonin and stem cell therapy,music therapy,and deep brain stimulation.Based on the theory of time medicine,combining the regulation of circadian system with the classical treatment of PD may provide a new breakthrough point for PD treatment.The disorders of circadian system is expected to become a new target for PD therapy.
