摘要
针对刨煤机系统工作特点,基于波动理论建立了三段黏弹性动力学连续模型。在稳定工况下确定边界条件、衔接条件及初始条件,采用分离变量法对含三个偏微分方程的刨煤机系统动力学问题进行求解,得到稳定工况下刨煤机系统各点位移,速度及张力变化特性等结果,并对不同刨削深度以及不同刨削速度下的刨煤机系统各位置处的张力变化值进行了分析,分析表明:随着刨削深度的增加,各位置刨链张力幅值增加,刨削速度的变化对刨链张力影响不大。最后通过对比计算与实验结果,表明两者间动态特性分布规律一致,且偏差满足精度要求,验证了所提出的方法可行性及准确性。
According to working features of plough system,three sections of viseo-elastic dynamic model were established based on wave theory.The boundary conditions,joining conditions and initial condition of wave equation under stable running were determined.Dynamic model of plough system including three partial differential equations were solved with separation variables method.The dynamic displacement,velocity,and tension of plough system under stable running were obtained.The tension change of plow systems at different locations were analyzed.The results show that the tension change of plow systems at different locations inerease with cutting depth,and the cutting speed has little influenee on tension.Compared with t.he experimental results,the distribution law of characteristics is uniform,and deviation meets accuracy requirements,Feasibility and correctness of the suggested method is verified.
