摘要
针对液压泵故障诊断中特征提取和模式识别等关键环节,提出了基于SDP图像特征和ANNC的液压泵故障诊断方法。该方法首先通过SDP方法对液压泵振动信号进行变换,得到不同故障状态下的极坐标雪花图;然后从图像处理的角度,提取出反映雪花花瓣不同的形状特征并组成故障特征向量;最后通过ANNC对故障特征向量进行分类识别,判断液压泵的故障状态。液压泵故障诊断实例表明,SDP图像特征可以对故障进行表征,ANNC则进一步提升了识别准确率,验证了方法的有效性。
Aiming at the key steps of hydraulic pump fault diagnosis such as feature extraction and pattern recognition,a fault diagnosis method of hydraulic pump based on symmetrized dot pattern (SDP)image feature and adaptive nearest neighbor classifier (ANNC)is introduced in this paper.Firstly,the time waveform was transformed to snowflake image in polar coordinate space by symmetrized dot pattern (SDP)method.And then,image shape feature which used as fauh feature was extracted on the basis of analyzing the characteristic of the image.Finally,the ANNC was employed to classify and evaluate the fault feature.The experiment results of hydraulic pump fault diagnosis shown that the image shape feature can represent the fault states,and the ANNC increased the classification accuracy and validated the effectiveness of the proposed method.
