摘要
恶性黑色素瘤是外胚叶神经嵴来源的恶性肿瘤,在所有皮肤肿瘤中恶性程度最高,致死性极强,其起源和进展是由于控制细胞增殖和逃避细胞死亡过程的多个复杂信号通路的变化引起的。表观遗传学是一种涉及基因功能但不涉及DNA序列改变的遗传机制,近些年的研究结果显示,表观遗传学改变对恶性黑色素瘤的发生发展具有重要意义。本文就恶性黑色素瘤表观遗传学方面的研究进展简要综述。
Malignant melanoma derived from the deric neural crest, shows the highest malignancy and lethality in all skin neoplasms. Its origin and progression are caused by changes in the complex signaling pathways that control cell proliferation and escape cell death. Epigenetics refers to genetic mechanism that involves gene function but does not involve changes in DNA sequence. Research has found that in recent years, epigennetic of malignant melanoma is of great significance.
