摘要
脑网络分析又称连接组学,是一种对脑连接拓扑结构分析的方式,对于神经科学基础研究及临床分析疾病进展与形成机制具有重要价值。本文旨在通过综述近年对于脑血管病认知功能下降及脑网络分析相关研究结果,为脑血管病基础研究以及临床预后判断与疾病治疗提供新的策略。
Brain Network analysis, also known as connectomics, is a method with significant value both in laboratory or clinical assessment of diseases, analyzing topological structure of neuron connections. In this article, recent researches in cognitive decline and network analysis of cerebrovascular diseases were reviewed, with an intention to provide new strategy for basic neurological researches and clinical outcome prediction and treatment.
