摘要
上海虹桥南丰城采用PVC耐根穿刺防水卷材作为阻根防水层,将原平屋面改造成兼具防排蓄水、景观游乐一体的屋顶农庄,有效解决了既有建筑的种植屋面改造中常出现的节点设计难题与防排水问题,形成了一个自循环的屋顶生态系统,满足了隔热保温、生态节能、美化景观的功能需求。
PVC root-resistant waterproofing membrane is adopted for waterproofing modification of Nanfengcheng Plaza in Hongqiao area of Shanghai.The previous flat roof is modified to a plantation,which not only possesses the functions of waterproofing,draining and water storage,but also can work as a landscape and recreation place.In this way,the common problems of detail designing,waterproofing and drainage for planted roof modification of existing buildings are effectively solved,and a self-circulated roof ecological system is formed,which can meet the functional requirements of thermal insulation,eco energy conservation and landscape beautification.
